Job Description:
  • Prepares, compiles, and delivers complete, high‑quality O&M Manuals within scope, schedule, and warranty requirements, ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and client specifications.
  • Defines project-specific documentation concepts, layouts, terminology, and templates, and supports translation management in coordination with engineering and project teams.
  • Collects, checks, integrates, and maintains O&M documentation from suppliers, serving as the main contact for O&M structure, content, and engineering tools.
  • Coordinates and monitors O&M manual schedules and milestones across project phases, reporting status and supporting PEM/project teams, design reviews, and meetings.
  • Collaborates cross‑functionally to support supplier relationships, technical clarifications, inhouse systems integration, and claim management activities.
Qualifications:
  • Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience) with strong understanding of process engineering, plant technologies, and overall system functions.
  • Proficient in project execution tools such as document management systems, engineering databases, O&M manual compilation, and content management tools.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and autonomous professional with the ability to make decisions, develop guidelines, and work to defined standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in international, interdisciplinary teams; supports departmental and project objectives.
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel), fluent in English; additional languages and training as a technical writer are an advantage, with senior roles requiring coaching and technical leadership capabilities.
