Job Skills / Requirements

This role will encompass the following responsibilities:


·         Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.

·         Support Operations team by taking preventive action to mitigate company damages

·         Identify corrective action and programs to remedy constant trends, which result in organizational losses and problems.

·         Conduct customer service surveys.

·         Forward customer complaints to proper Directors and/or Operations Managers.

·         Follow up on customer complaint’s/request, status with clients, Directors, Managers, or Supervisors.

·         Update and maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).

·         Maintain and follow up on all Radios, Equipment and transportation repairs.

·         When needed will assist Operations Manager with e-mails, follow-ups, and letters.

·         Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience Preferred:

·         Two to three years’ experience in customer service, medical facilities

·         Computer literate: Microsoft word, excel, Windows

Physical Requirements:

·         75% Walking and 25% Sitting.

·         Lifting up to 50 pounds

Required education:

·         High school or equivalent
