Miller Funeral Home is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for families, visitors, and staff. This role helps create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting funeral directors and leadership with administrative, financial, and communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors; answer incoming calls
  • Provide information and direct inquiries to appropriate staff
  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Oversee scheduling, calendars, and office coordination
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable and basic banking tasks
  • Maintain financial records and documentation
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
