Job Description

Caregivers at Paradise Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

    Schedule:  

    • Full-time in Memory Care, from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, on a rotating schedule
    • Part-time in Assisted Living, from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, on a rotating schedule
    • Part-time in Assisted Living, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, on a rotating schedule
    • Part-time in Assisted Living, from 10:00pm to 6:00 am, on a rotating schedule
    • 8-Hour Shifts
    • Rotating schedule, full availability is preferred 
    • Weekend and holiday availability preferred

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
    • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
    • CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
    • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and patient
