Summary: A Sous Chef is the second-in-command, acting as the operational backbone of a kitchen by managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring food quality. You will directly support the Executive Chef, stepping in during their absence, while handling inventory, menu development, training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth service. White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live.
