We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Summer Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and applied AI/ML within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong programming fundamentals, curiosity about emerging technologies, and the ability to contribute meaningfully from day one.
What You�ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python, Java, or C++ to support internal IT systems and workflows
- Assist in building and optimizing cloud-based data pipelines and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to machine learning or NLP projects, including dataset preparation, model training, and performance evaluation
- Participate in technical research and present findings to engineering and IT leadership teams
- Document technical processes, architecture decisions, and project outcomes clearly and concisely
What You�ll Bring
Key Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience working with version control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with cloud platforms or cloud-native data pipeline architectures
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and NLP concepts (e.g., transformer models, sentiment analysis, text classification)
- Hands-on experience with iOS development using Swift or full-stack web development (HTML/CSS)
- Exposure to AI development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms
- Prior internship or research experience in a software engineering or data/AI environment

Work Environment & Details

- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience

The expected base hourly pay rate is $20/hr. The exact base hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
