Develop comprehensive, high-quality reports that clearly support diagnosis and treatment recommendations
Align all clinical findings and goals with DSM-5 criteria and functional impairments
Ensure documentation meets state-specific, payer-specific, and regulatory requirements
Provide strong, defensible medical necessity language to support authorization
Collaborate with intake, credentialing, and clinical teams to ensure smooth case progression
Participate in internal quality assurance and clinical review processes
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling (remote and hybrid options available)
Competitive compensation based on experience
Bonus opportunities tied to quality and productivity
Ongoing training to develop high-level assessment writing skills
Clinical mentorship and structured feedback
Opportunities to grow into QA, training, and leadership roles
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Strong foundation in assessment and treatment planning
Interest in developing advanced clinical writing and diagnostic alignment skills
Understanding of medical necessity and insurance-driven documentation
