As a Payroll & Union Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll and union benefits. This role will support day-to-day operations and tasks of greater complexity to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities. Critical for success is a strong attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality to process sensitive information, and the ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 4+ years of payroll and/or union related experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Required to be on call as outlined in department schedule 
  • Associate’s degree in related field (desired)
