Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking EUM Specialists who will be responsible for conducting field-based monitoring and evaluation activities. These professionals should exhibit cultural sensitivity, local expertise, and the adaptability necessary to effectively conduct EUM activities in high security threat contexts. Fluency in French or Haitian Creole is required. EUM specialists should be able to respectfully interact with Americans, Haitian nationals, and Haitian government officials. All personnel must have the ability to travel without restriction throughout Haiti.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation
• Proven ability to conduct field inspections in challenging environments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, risk assessment abilities, and independent operational skills are required
• U.S. Citizen or Foreign National
• Ability to obtain MRPT if U.S. Citizen
• Fluency in Haitian Creole required
• Based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems
• Able to drive armored vehicles
