Innovate with us as a Senior Launch Program Manager for the Kellogg Company! You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. You will play a key role in the overall management and success of multiple new product launches, product improvements, line extensions, and regulatory programs that drive business results. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Developing, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects; delivering to cost, schedule, and performance as well as providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
- Ensuring the Innovation Process and Program enables the completion of key activities so that Senior Management has appropriate information to make timely decisions and choices for the Portfolio.
- Foreseeing potential business or technical issues and proactively addressing them, ensuring contingency plans are available from each respective function as required to deliver Category goals.
- Exhibiting innovation in discovery, advancement, and evaluation of timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments, or technical insight
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to use systems and tools that reflect project timelines and interactions. Provides strategic input to plan and prioritize project approvals and milestones for efficient use of resources.
- Demonstrating leadership within Launch Program Management, the R&D Function, and supporting the company philosophy and capability building within that discipline
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field with extensive experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business Management preferably at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company (CPG)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Can you talk about the talk? Negotiation and alignment of driving skills are key.
- Owner’s Mindset is preferred!
- People management and leadership experience preferred!
Salary Range: [$148,560 - $185,700]
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
