Job Description

PURPOSE

The Electrical Engineer plays a vital role in bringing complex building systems to life—transforming ideas into high-performing, constructible electrical solutions that power critical environments. Working within a design-build team, this role collaborates closely with project managers, estimators, BIM technicians, and field leaders to develop innovative, cost-effective designs from early concept through construction.

This position offers the opportunity to directly impact how projects are built—not just designed—by bridging engineering with real-world execution. The Electrical Engineer contributes to meaningful, high-profile projects while growing technical expertise, influencing outcomes, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

At Baker Group, you won’t just design systems—you’ll help shape the built environment while living out our Core Values: Care About People, Love What We Do, Mentally Tough, and Own It.
