WCTractor is growing, and so is the Waco construction market. We’re looking to add an additional Outside Equipment Sales Representative focused on Kubota construction equipment to help us capture a rapidly expanding opportunity driven by ongoing residential and commercial development.
This is a high-potential territory — and a high-performance team. You’ll work alongside two seasoned outside sales professionals who know how to win. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by that environment, not intimidated by it.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies in the Waco area
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Kubota construction equipment
Conduct on-site visits, demonstrations, and product consultations
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Work closely with parts, service, and inside sales teams to deliver strong customer support
