Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)

 

0  Years  = $69,000

15 Years = $90,363

(Salaries listed include $3,000 Bilingual stipend)

 

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Bilingual Content Area and Grade Level - EC-4 (Generalist), EC-6 (Generalist), 1-8 (All Subjects).
