As a RN Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing clinical care, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Lead by example and inspire your team to uphold the philosophy and standards of Ginger Cove.


• Resident Care Oversight: Conduct rounds every two hours to ensure all residents’ needs are met with the highest standard of care.


• Team Collaboration: Assess nursing priorities, communicate with staff, and ensure a seamless and efficient unit performance.


• Medication & Treatment Oversight: Safeguard the effective and safe administration of medications and treatments for residents.


• Staff & Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate nursing care and staff performance, providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.


• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and privacy standards.
