About Our Company

Exposure Explosion Festival is a weekly conglomerate of music festivals and small business marketing that take place in different cities and states across the world. Bringing businesses and entertainment maximum exposure. Exposure Explosion will bring a night of endless circumstances of opportunity. EE is known for the platform of opportunity by bringing musicians record deals, models a chance to showcase their marketing skills, and more. EE has an award-winning market and advancement opportunity. Connected to EE we also have music distribution, artists housing, record labels, and more. Our goal is simply to create a powerhouse of services for entertainers by creating a platform that covers foundation, health, housing, stability, and marketing.

What we are looking for

 

We are looking for a booking Agent, our Booking agents are responsible for coordinating performances and appearances for our artists, performers, and public figures. Our Booking agents spend their time identifying potential gigs and negotiating contracts for our clients. 

 

We are looking for booking agents who can keep our talent busy with opportunity 

 

To Be Clear 

 

To be one of our booking agents you must be clear and ready to handle the fact that we work with a lot of artists, performers, and public figures who are not currently mainstream and they are working their way to becoming mainstream.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Find, sort, seal gigs of all types 

  • Handle artist gig schedule from start to finish

  • Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers

  • Willing to work according to different country’s time zones

  • Identify target audience and lead promotional activities including digital ad sales/marketing, giveaways, and monitoring event ticketing

  • Obtain event sponsorships

  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event

  • Familiarity with ticketing sites like Eventbrite etc.

  • Build EPK for talents, Riders, and other foundational needs

  • Able to keep our back booking software up to date and fully set up

 

 


CLEAR UNDERSTANDING:
● $60K/yr Pay
● Full-Time Positions Only
● Grantee 40hrs
