Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting protection products, and ensuring all deals are structured for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers
Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.)
Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring lender approval
Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve closing ratios
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and transparency throughout the process
Track production, penetration rates, and overall performance metrics
Qualifications:
2+ years of automotive F&I experience preferred
Proven track record of strong product penetration and profitability
Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and deal structuring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
