Role Summary:
Provides overall leadership and accountability for contract execution, staffing, quality, reporting, and client coordination for OCONUS DMLSS/LogiCole FM support.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for DHA, KO, and COR
- Manage scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and deliverables
- Develop Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Provide weekly updates and monthly progress reports
- Oversee compliance with QCP, PRS, and QASP
- Lead executive briefings, dashboards, and performance reviews
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years program management experience
- Strong DMLSS/LogiCole FM or DoD facilities background
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with executive‑level reporting
