Responsibilities:
- 🩺 Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
- 📋 Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- 💊 Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders
- 👀 Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
- 💻 Accurately document care, assessments, and outcomes in the EHR
- 🤝 Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- 🗣️ Communicate effectively with residents and families
- 👩⚕️ Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; delegate tasks appropriately
- ✅ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS long‑term care regulations
- 🧼 Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards
- 🚪 Participate in admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings
- ❤️ Promote resident rights, dignity, and person‑centered care
- 🚨 Respond to emergencies and advocate for resident safety and well‑being
Qualifications:
- Full Time, Part Time, and PRN
- Schedule: Days, Evenings and Nights
- Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing

Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County.
