The Patient Safety Clinical Specialist assists the Patient Safety Director and AVP of Patient Safety in the development, implementation, analyzing, coordination, and evaluation of patient safety systems and processes. Works to encourage and support a culture of safety in the organization. Utilizes nursing and clinical expertise to lead or participate in multidisciplinary patient safety projects and improvement teams.
