About the Role
Are you passionate about building secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a global pharmaceutical company? Join our skilled and collaborative Cybersecurity Team as an IAM Lead and play a key role in shaping Orion’s identity, access, and authorization landscape across IT, OT, and digital business services.
We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to own, drive, and continuously develop Orion’s IAM capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that access to systems, applications, and data is secure, compliant, risk‑based, and aligned with business needs throughout the entire identity lifecycle.
As an IAM Lead, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for IAM governance, policies, processes, and solutions, working closely with cybersecurity, IT, HR, application owners, and business stakeholders. You will ensure that access management supports Orion’s regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and security‑by‑design principles, while enabling efficient and user‑friendly operations.
This role combines strategic ownership, development, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong focus on governance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
This is a full‑time position located in Espoo or Turku, and we support a hybrid working model.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own, develop, and operate Orion’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, covering joiner–mover–leaver processes, role‑based access control, and privileged access
- Define and maintain IAM governance, policies, roles, and segregation‑of‑duties principles in alignment with regulatory and security requirements
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of access request, approval, provisioning, and de‑provisioning processes, including automation where applicable
- Own and further develop Privileged Access Management (PAM) practices and controls
- Ensure that regular access reviews, recertifications, and monitoring are performed and reported in a risk‑based manner
- Drive IAM‑related improvements, roadmaps, and maturity development together with internal and external partners
- Provide expert IAM guidance to support secure, compliant, and business‑enabling access decisions
