MISSION

Join a privately owned, people-first engineering company where your hands-on skills, service mindset, and mechanical curiosity will evolve into technical mastery.

This is not just a job — it’s a long-term opportunity to grow from technician to trusted expert in centrifugal screening and filtering systems used in critical industrial operations worldwide.

About the Role

The Field Service Technician (Cincinnati-based) role is designed for mechanically inclined veterans and early-career technicians who want to learn, travel, and build a career maintaining high-speed centrifuge systems.

You’ll start by learning from senior technicians in our Cincinnati shop — rebuilding, inspecting, and testing components — before progressing to field service work nationwide. This hands-on role combines mechanical skill, problem-solving, and customer service with a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside experienced technicians to learn specialized systems and methods.

  • Perform mechanical teardown, rebuild, inspection, and testing of centrifuge and screening equipment.

  • Diagnose vibration, wear, or balance issues and assist with repairs.

  • Travel to customer sites (after training period) to perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Uphold strict safety, quality, and communication standards on every assignment.

  • Contribute to a family-oriented culture that values loyalty, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Training & Development

  • Location: Based in Cincinnati, OH.

  • Training Period: First 6–12 months will be spent primarily in the Cincinnati shop to learn systems and procedures.

  • Ongoing mentorship from senior field engineers and supervisors.

  • Merit increases available as knowledge and skill level grow.

Requirements

  • Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.

  • Military background (E4–E5 or equivalent) or 2–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience preferred.

  • Experience working with tools, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to travel after training (approximately 60–70% travel nationwide).

  • Possession of a basic mechanic’s tool set (specialty tools provided).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Benefits

  • Privately owned, people-first company with 35+ years of history

  • Stable team with long employee tenure

  • Annual earning potential: $58,000 – $73,000, based on experience and overtime.

  • Overtime availability depends on customer needs — typically 15–20 hours per month.

  • All travel expenses covered (meals, lodging, etc.).

  • Company-provided tools for specialty work.

  • Eligibility for merit increases with demonstrated skill progression.

  • Comprehensive benefits package and long-term career path.
