About the Role
The Field Service Technician (Cincinnati-based) role is designed for mechanically inclined veterans and early-career technicians who want to learn, travel, and build a career maintaining high-speed centrifuge systems.
You’ll start by learning from senior technicians in our Cincinnati shop — rebuilding, inspecting, and testing components — before progressing to field service work nationwide. This hands-on role combines mechanical skill, problem-solving, and customer service with a clear path for advancement.
What You’ll Do
Work alongside experienced technicians to learn specialized systems and methods.
Perform mechanical teardown, rebuild, inspection, and testing of centrifuge and screening equipment.
Diagnose vibration, wear, or balance issues and assist with repairs.
Travel to customer sites (after training period) to perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Uphold strict safety, quality, and communication standards on every assignment.

Training & Development
Location: Based in Cincinnati, OH.
Training Period: First 6–12 months will be spent primarily in the Cincinnati shop to learn systems and procedures.
Ongoing mentorship from senior field engineers and supervisors.
Merit increases available as knowledge and skill level grow.
Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Military background (E4–E5 or equivalent) or 2–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
Experience working with tools, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel after training (approximately 60–70% travel nationwide).
Possession of a basic mechanic’s tool set (specialty tools provided).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
