Description

The Forklift Operator plays a critical role in supporting warehouse and production operations by safely transporting materials throughout the facility. This position is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, staging materials for production, and maintaining accurate inventory movement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to safety, operates equipment efficiently, and contributes to a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ year of forklift operating experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
