Responsibilities:
✓ Supervising and ensuring qualitative execution of projects within deadlines;
✓ Project status reporting (e.g., current status and estimated delivery time, identification of potential risks, suggestions for overcoming them, etc.);
✓ Application of project planning methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) according to their specifics;
✓ Engineering team management: overseeing delivery quality, ensuring continuous training of each team member; execution of the performance evaluation cycle;
✓ Negotiating with clients the terms of execution, as well as the technical aspects of the projects.
Must have qualifications:
✓Advanced knowledge of English;
✓Project management experience.
Nice to have qualifications:
✓Experience in the construction industry or telecommunications engineering;
✓Extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems, engineering, authorization andconstruction methods;
✓Development of engineering telecommunications systems as an expert;
✓Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
