Job Description

The HR Partner (Main Scope: Total Reward, Employee Relations and labor compliance) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals by managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting fair and effective employee relations.

 

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all aspects of HR Operations are run efficiently and Effectively. This includes:

  • Ensure the maintenance and integrity of all HR associates’ data, include on-boarding and off-boarding.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR policies (including Compensation & Benefits, work rules, etc.) to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and maintain market competitiveness.

  • Manage the salary structure operations, including merit increases, incentives, and cost-of-living adjustments. Oversee all aspects of the payroll process, covering monthly payments, annual reviews, and administration of all benefits such as housing and bonuses for both permanent employees and contractors.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the union, handling all union-related matters including daily inquiries, issue resolution, and annual negotiations.

  • Headcount management and labor cost management.

  • Handle internal and external audits, including those conducted by government authorities, and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.

  • Administer pension plan operations.

  • Create and manage contract documentation for contractors, including those reaching retirement age.

  • Coordinate occupational health programs.
