- Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of district-wide professional learning aligned to district goals and campus needs

Primary Purpose:
Provide leadership, coordination, and development of a comprehensive, district-wide professional learning program that supports high-quality instruction and leadership development. Collaborate with district and campus leaders to design, implement, and evaluate professional development aligned to district goals, educator effectiveness, and student outcomes. Oversee the Mentor Prep Program and ensure effective implementation and calibration of the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS).
