*Prior sales experience required and proficiency
in catering software (Delphi or other) preferred
*Ideal candidate will have demonstrated
customer service and/or restaurant/hotel
management experience
*Demonstrated experience in securing business
relations with clients/guests and in developing
strategies that improve guest satisfaction and
build client loyalty
*Must be appropriately dressed in business
attire to represent Ruth’s Chris Steak House
inside and outside of the restaurant
*Must be able to work a flexible schedule and
expect to work weekends, nights and holidays
*Must express maturity and social skills of a
hospitality sales professional in the fine dining arena
