Job Description

Slip Robotics is at the forefront of robotic automation, delivering cutting-edge solutions that transform how businesses move goods. Our autonomous platforms redefine efficiency, reliability, and scalability in logistics. We’re a fast-growing team of innovators passionate about helping customers adopt automation seamlessly and successfully.

In this role, you will own and continuously improve manufacturing processes for robotic products, bridging the gap between design and production to enable scalable, efficient builds. This person will drive the translation of product designs into scalable, efficient manufacturing processes for robotic systems. You are a hands-on, execution-focused engineer who thrives on the production floor, solves problems in real time, and collaborates across engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for robot assembly and production.
  • Drive knowledge transfer from product design into manufacturing, ensuring designs are production-ready.
  • Create clear work instructions and train production associates on robot build processes.
  • Partner with Product Design, Supply Chain, and Finance to evaluate and execute make vs. buy decisions.
  • Identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce cost and defects across manufacturing operations.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype through full-scale production.
