Victory Preparatory Academy is seeking a passionate and mission-driven High School Girls Basketball, Volleyball, and Soccer Coach & Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) to join our high-performing team. This unique opportunity blends athletics and academics, allowing you to coach competitive teams while also supporting student success through interventions, classroom support, and collaboration with staff. With a 4-day student week and Mondays set aside for enrichment and planning, this flexible role lets you make a lasting impact on young lives.



Compensation & Benefits




  • Competitive Salary: $56,000–$62,600 based on experience/education

Your Day-to-Day

As a Coach & TOSA at Victory Prep, you’ll:



COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Lead and manage the high school girls basketball, volleyball, and soccer programs

  • Organize and run practices, manage game-day logistics, and oversee athlete development

  • Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players

  • Ensure CHSAA compliance and collaborate with the athletic department on scheduling

  • Mentor athletes academically and socially to help them thrive on and off the court/field



TOSA RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Provide academic intervention and support across various content areas

  • Support classrooms through substitute teaching and small group instruction

  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to reinforce a positive learning environment

  • Adjust work hours for evening games/practices while maintaining an 8-hour workday
