Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview

As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a vibrant, team-oriented clinic — not alone in someone's home. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA who's physically present and accessible, implement individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful skills with your clients in a space that's purpose-built for therapy.

Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Responsibilities

Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA
Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)
Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session
Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving
Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities
Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned
