We're seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead quality operations at our high-performance fabrication facility in Midland, Texas.
You'll oversee quality control activities with hands-on expertise in ASME, API, and ISO 9001 standards. Your role will include:
• Developing and implementing QC procedures and inspection protocols
• Managing inspection teams and ensuring compliance across all production stages
• Conducting audits, documenting results, and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with engineering and production to maintain zero-defect standards

Requirements
Ideal candidates bring:
✓ 5+ years in QA/QC management or supervisory roles
✓ Proven expertise with ASME Section VIII, API 570/653, or equivalent codes
✓ ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality management background
✓ AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – Required
✓ NACE / AAMP CIP 2 – Preferred
✓ ASNT NDT Level II or III – Preferred
✓ Strong leadership and communication skills
✓ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment
You will:
• Lead QC operations and drive compliance with ASME, API, NACE, and AWS standards
• Manage inspection procedures, audits, and corrective actions on mission-critical projects
• Build and mentor a high-performing inspection team
• Partner with production and engineering to maintain zero-defect standards
• Own the quality culture and establish best practices
Physical Requirements:
✓ Travel to training sessions and client meetings as needed
✓ Ability to work standing or sitting for full shifts
✓ Capability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
✓ Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and crouch to inspect in-progress work
✓ Clear verbal and written English communication
