This role is responsible for managing full lifecycle project delivery within either Life Safety Systems (LSS) or Telecom infrastructure environments. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The individual will serve as a key point of coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with client and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain schedule and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
  • Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
  • Lead meetings, project reviews, and communications to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned across projects.
  • Support procurement activities, contract management, and change order processes.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

 

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong project management experience within Life Safety Systems (LSS) or Telecom infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex, fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Effective risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

 

 

Education / Licenses / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Life Safety Systems or Telecom preferred.
    Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
