About the Role



As a Physical Therapy Assistant at MPOWER, you’ll work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You’ll also collaborate with personal trainers, massage therapists, and nutrition specialists to support a comprehensive, integrated care model.



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques (as appropriate), and modalities

  • Support accurate and timely documentation within our EMR system

  • Provide patient education and home exercise instruction using clinic-approved software

  • Help maintain a productive caseload aligned with company standards

  • Collaborate with Therapy Technicians to ensure smooth clinic flow

  • Participate in scheduled staff meetings and training sessions

  • Maintain a consistent clinic schedule and uphold MPOWER’s standards of care

  • Assist the Clinic Manager with projects or tasks as needed
