Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and maintain Epic Professional Billing workflows and system functionality
Support charge capture, coding, billing edits, and claim generation processes
Analyze billing workflows and recommend system improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance
Troubleshoot system issues and support end users with Epic PB-related questions or problems
Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and new functionality implementations
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials
Collaborate with operational and technical teams to resolve billing and claim issues
Support reporting and data validation related to professional billing activities
Requirements
Requirements
Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification – Required
3+ years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing as an analyst
Experience with Epic system build, configuration, and testing
Knowledge of professional billing workflows including charge capture, claims, and reimbursement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
Experience supporting Epic upgrades or optimization projects
Familiarity with payer requirements and regulatory compliance related to professional billing
