Role Overview
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer partnerships across the Korean market. This role focuses on building authentic relationships with creators, driving brand awareness, and executing performance-driven campaigns aligned with regional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Korean market
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and local platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, negotiation, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to align messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
- Stay updated on local trends, platforms, and creator landscape
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the Korean social media landscape and platforms (e.g., Naver, Kakao)
- Experience working with Korean influencers and agencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Fluent in Korean and English
