DAY SHIFT - 9AM to 5PM OR 10AM to 6PM Monday - Friday, 20 Minute paid lunch

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Janitor, you will be an integral part of the Henderson team, providing cleaning and facility support services for both Manchester locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; emptying trash and recycling; surface cleaning and dusting; vacuuming; washing windows; operating the cardboard compactor, floor sweeper, and forklift; performing outdoor trash pickup, shoveling sidewalks and salting during winter months. Additional cleaning tasks and special projects may be assigned as needed.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

(Preferred)

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices
• Prior experience operating a forklift

(Required)

• Valid driver�s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel between two Manchester locations as part of regular job duties

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing
• Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
