This role drives multi year modernization programs, ensures production stability post go live, and partners closely with business leaders to enable standardized, scalable, and cost effective digital capabilities aligned to enterprise strategy. Customer and Business Mgmt: Lead end‑to‑end ERP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, global template rollouts, and post‑go‑live stabilization Define and execute ERP roadmaps aligned to enterprise architecture, regional/global standards, and business priorities Oversee process harmonization, data migration, integrations, testing strategy, and cutover planning Partner with business leadership to drive business process re‑engineering, standardization, and value realization from ERP investments Ensure disciplined governance across scope, risk, schedule, and financial performance for ERP programs Manage internal teams focused on providing business services to sales companies and shared services companies in the region for the Enterprise Applications services. Identify business opportunities and create a project plan that justifies how IT services will meet strategic objectives and outcomes for internal businesses. Develop and maintain service level agreements with business partners and manage service levels to support business outcomes. Measure and communicate key performance metrics for IS services and analyze data to discover opportunities for service improvement. Drive demand management best practices with clear commitments and defined accountabilities to all stakeholders. Enterprise Application Strategy & Architecture: Own the enterprise application strategy and architecture, spanning ERP, finance, supply chain, and integration platforms Drive simplification and rationalization of application landscapes, reducing technical debt and redundant capabilities Establish architectural guardrails in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Ensure solutions support scalability, security, compliance, and long‑term operational sustainability Define global alignment requirements/opportunities with HQ/IT, regions and domains and manage execution. Identify and execute on AI and automation opportunities in the region driving and business case and ROI Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: Lead application management functions for ERP and adjacent platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability Responsible for supporting security and risk management policies and processes including controls, audits and applications/SAP security management Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics Drive continuous improvement across incident, problem, and demand management processes Balance innovation with operational stability in complex, multi‑business environments Budget, track, and allocate IS service costs to align spending with strategic objectives and improve cost transparency. Drive our managed services strategy providing efficiency, quality, and cost effective services Vendor Management: Own strategic partnerships with system integrators, AMS providers, and software vendors Influence sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management of external suppliers Develop and manage operating budgets, transformational capital plans, and total cost of ownership (TCO) models Drive cost transparency, value optimization, and measurable return on investments Leadership Change & Stakeholder Management: Build and lead high‑performing internal teams across program, application, and operational disciplines Guide organization through significant change, including new operating models and digital ways of working Communicate effectively with executive leadership, regional stakeholders, and global IT counterparts Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on enterprise application strategy and risk Influence people and organizations, including business units and PNA executive management, on issues related to the development of IS solutions. Enhance talent pipelines and improve team dynamics in a heavily outsources model, including succession planning and talent upskilling. The wage range of $200,000 - $250,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
