- Review and reconcile vendor statements

- Assist in placing partial and completed purchase order paperwork in the appropriate file, determined by status
- Label boxes for delivery, assisting in the recording of incoming and outgoing orders
- General office tasks to include scanning and filing

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel
Ability to learn and operate TCA's accounting software
Ability to follow written and oral instruction and work with minimal supervision
Ability to review payment vouchers for accuracy
Ability to follow established procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Performs responsibilities and duties related to the Accounting/Finance Department with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and back-up for purchasing and receiving coordinator.
