    Description: Provides academic and non-academic support to students with disabilities within general education and special education classrooms, at worksites in various job settings, and in
     
    extracurricular activities
     
     
    •  IL professional educator license or IL paraprofessional license preferred
    •  IL substitute teacher license or ability to obtain an IL paraprofessional license required
    •  Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
       
    Compensation:
    •  Hourly pay rate of $19.00 per LSSA collective bargaining agreement
    •  Single medical and dental insurance provided, family coverage available
    •  Paid sick leave and personal leave
    •  Paid holidays within the school year
    •  Position is eligible for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)
