Description

Walton Communities’ Maintenance Internship Bridge is for juniors in the class of 2026. The program begins with an 8-week full-time assignment at 40 hours per week over the summer, then develops into a work-based learning opportunity flexible with their school schedule during their senior year (August 2025 – May 2026). This Internship Bridge program allows young talent to begin on-site, engage in hands-on learning, and join our Team upon high school graduation. Interns will gain practical experience, showcase their skills, and demonstrate their potential.

Requirements
  • High School Junior Class of 2026.
  • Must be currently enrolled in work-based learning program.
  • Ability to work in heat/cold.
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work and transportation.
