PAY RATE: $15.72 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Provides home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites for individuals who may be developmentally, physically and/or mentally challenged. Hours of service depend on the needs of the participant. Provides support for the coordinator, including assistance with Elderly Home Repair paperwork as time allows.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prioritize participants needs to provide home visits, transports or occasional In-home respites as scheduled. 45%
- Provides personalized care for participants enrolled in Elderly Services. 30%
- Submits completed paperwork and assists with the planning & preparation of program special events. Provides support for the coordinator, including assistance with Elderly Home Repair paperwork as time allows. 25%
