Join the Ted Britt Ford Pro Elite Commercial Truck Repair Center as a Service Advisor! We are seeking a customer-focused, organized professional to support our growing commercial truck service operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working with fleet and commercial vehicle customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Write repair orders accurately based on customer concerns and technician findings.
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion timelines to customers.
- Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department personnel.
- Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers.
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy and ensure all work is properly documented.
- Assist with warranty and fleet account documentation as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive or commercial truck service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
- Experience with dealership management systems preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
