Job description:

Maple Dell Health and Rehab - Payson is currently seeking someone with a flexible schedule to work in our Culinary Services department. This is a Part-time position weekends are a must. 5a-1p and 11a-7pm.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares food for meal service according to the menu.


• Operates institutional food preparation equipment according to the manufacturer and supervisory direction.


• Follows proper cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules.


• Caters to resident food allergies and preferences.


• Attend in-service education programs as assigned.


• Empties trash containers.


• Performs cleaning tasks as scheduled.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old


• At least 1 year of Dietary Cook Experience in a medical facility


• Valid Utah food handler permit
