Job Description

Position Summary



The Equipment Technician II works under general supervision to maintain and ensure electro-mechanical equipment operates in accordance with quality, operations, and time standards. Using their technical knowledge, the Equipment Technician will perform set-up, trouble-shooting, and preventative maintenance where sequences, methods, and instructions are well-defined and routine in nature.



Essential Functions

  1. Inspect and analyze defective parts to determine necessary machine adjustments, troubleshoot and maintain robots and related pneumatic automated production equipment, perform preventive maintenance checks as required, and support team projects and process improvement activities as directed

  2. Respond to some urgent maintenance projects/requests in support of manufacturing including performing preventative and corrective maintenance checks, assigned repairs, recording spare part usage,

  3. Responsible for troubleshooting various systems, sensors, and maintaining a log of issues/resolutions, communicating machine issues for later follow-up
