JMT's Project Controls team is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling of various construction projects. 

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00.  Salary range is based upon background, education, level of experience and project assignment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Tracks the status of critical activities impacting the project
  • Monitors program milestones and interdependencies
  • Analyzes project planning, schedule updates and delays
  • Provides alerts on items impacting the project schedule
  • Identifies the critical path and suggests alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
  • Develop strategies for negotiating claims
  • Provides technical support in claims litigation
  • Write and prepare technical reports
  • Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status
