For our Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience
Representative in our office in Oisterwijk.
In this role you will:
- Manager orders,
- Handle general Customer Enquiries from Customers and other relevant stakeholders internally and externally via email and phone like claims and returns, warranty, tracking of orders in several markets,
- Execute and assist in diverse sales activities like creating quotations,
- Invoicing of processed orders,
- Cooperate and support your international colleagues for continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or other
relevant educational background, - Passion for Customers and delivering outstanding customer service,
- Clear communication skills, including ability to show empathy and use a positive
language, - Ability to structure and prioritize work in a complex and international environment with various stakeholders,
- Good IT-skills. Experience from D365 would be an advantage.
Native Dutch and fluent English are the requirement for being successful in the position. Speaking and writing French on minimum B2 level is an advantage.
