Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Services wie Systemanpassungen und -erweiterungen.

Hands-on Projekte:

Übernimm eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

System-Support:

Stelle sicher, dass unsere installierten Systeme reibungslos laufen, und stehe als technischer Ansprechpartner bereit.

Cybersecurity-Profi:

Schütze Kundenanlagen mit IT-Sicherheitslösungen, die Du betreust und optimierst.

Immer smarter:

Entwickle innovative Ansätze für Alarmmanagement, Regler- und Prozessoptimierungen oder Batch-Konzepte.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Technik im Blut: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker (Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar) – Hauptsache, Du brennst für Technik und Innovation.

• Erfahrung: Know-how in Prozessleitsystemen und Windows-Umgebungen (Active Directory, WSUS, Backup Recovery, AV-Management). Bonuspunkte für Kenntnisse in Yokogawa CentumVP und ProSafe-RS.

• Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, eigenständig und mit einem klaren Fokus auf Lösungen. Du denkst mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

• Englisch? Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse – Du fühlst Dich in beiden Sprachen wohl.

• Mindset: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer Leidenschaft für Kundenservice, Innovation und Kommunikation.

• Drive: Begeisterung, Dinge voranzubringen und Herausforderungen in Chancen zu verwandeln.
