Maryland MSF has a dedicated team for new parents and families in need of feeding support, starting at birth. We are committed to providing comprehensive and genuine care to mothers and their infants and are passionate about providing community resources and coordination of external support if need be.

Our practice focuses on promoting the health and wellness of children AND their families through a holistic and whole picture approach. We value children’s autonomy, interests, and motivations, and utilize meaningful and functional opportunities to best support each patients individual needs. 

Experience + Qualifications + Requirements

• Must be a collaborative and flexible team player who contributes positively to our staff and patients
• Valid therapy license and active to practice in the state of Maryland
• (preferred) Minimum 1 year pediatric experience
• nicu, infant care, birth-0 experience preferred, OR strong desire to support this population
• Must enjoy working with children of all ages and their families

Job Specifications

Opportunity for feeding mentorship and paid training 

• Hybrid off site (daycares, prek) + in clinic Columbia
• Baltimore + Columbia 
• Harford county - infant feeding only 
• Split - Anne Arundel county including annapolis, fort Meade 

• Part time - up to 20 hours
• Full time 30+ hours
• Mon-Thurs approximately 9a-6p 
• Must be available to support evening hours up to 7p and/or early morning hours (8a) as per caseload needs
• Flexible schedule

• $65,000 + with room for advancement and financial growth
