Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a Data Processing Specialist for the Teaching and Learning Division.
The Data Processing Specialist supports the effective and efficient management of student information systems and data operations across the school, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of student data to meet instructional, operational, and compliance needs. The role also involves collaborating with staff to streamline data processes, reduce redundancy, and improve system functionality, while upholding data quality standards and maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Generating reports for faculty, administrators, and state requirements
- Supporting student scheduling and master scheduling processes
- Preparing progress, grade, and eligibility reports
- Providing operational support for the student information system
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or College Degree
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, student, parents, and the community
- Knowledge of office technology and procedures
- Experience with the Google suite
Salary:
SSSA Agreement (all support staff positions at Stevenson High School shall be paid no less than $17.75/hour). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
