SkyMark Refuelers, LLC is seeking candidates for a Title Specialist. The Title Specialist performs administrative and clerical tasks/services for the Accounting Department and has primary responsibility for preparing all vehicle titling documents. The incumbent must maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis.
- Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order.
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations.
- Prepare temp tags for customers.
- Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customer (or lienholder) to register their vehicle.
- Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles.
- Enter sales invoices in NetSuite as needed.
- Notarize documents as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- 3 years of experience in vehicle titling
- Associate degree or certificate
- Workplace experience with NetSuite, Zoho or similar accounting software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong, effective, communication (both written and oral) skills
- Strong organizational skills
