Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Facilities and Finance, HR, and Operations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and vendor workflows
- Lead and develop the Facilities Analyst/Coordinator role, ensuring strong ownership of data, reporting, and systems
- Drive adoption and optimization of CMMS and reporting platforms, creating a centralized source of truth
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into performance, cost trends, and opportunities
- Standardize administrative processes including vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, budget reconciliation, and KPI tracking
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, track performance, and support business decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Required or Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of experience in a multi-site operations, facilities, or similar environment
- Experience with systems and reporting tools (CMMS, Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to build processes and improve operational efficiency
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as needed
