As a Manager of Facilities Process & Analytics, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values-Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment-while building the systems, processes, and insights that support our restaurants and Facilities teams.

You will lead the administrative and analytical foundation of the Facilities function, creating clarity, consistency, and visibility across budgeting, systems (CMMS), vendor workflows, and reporting. Your work directly supports our restaurants by enabling smarter decisions, stronger cost control, and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Facilities and Finance, HR, and Operations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and vendor workflows
• Lead and develop the Facilities Analyst/Coordinator role, ensuring strong ownership of data, reporting, and systems
• Drive adoption and optimization of CMMS and reporting platforms, creating a centralized source of truth
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into performance, cost trends, and opportunities
• Standardize administrative processes including vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, budget reconciliation, and KPI tracking
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, track performance, and support business decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Required or Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7+ years of experience in a multi-site operations, facilities, or similar environment
• Experience with systems and reporting tools (CMMS, Excel, Power BI or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to build processes and improve operational efficiency
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as needed
